Fat Cat Model has announced the MG 1/100 RX-78-2 2.0 Ver. (New Colour), scheduled to arrive between December 2025 and January 2026. This edition introduces a revised colour scheme for the original mobile suit, highlighting its mechanical layout while retaining the established Master Grade 2.0 frame design.

The kit features a full inner frame and detailed external structure, offering complete articulation across all major joints. Two Core Fighters are included, allowing both docked and flight configurations for varied display.

Accessories comprise a shield, two beam sabers, a beam lance, a super meteor hammer, two super bazookas, a quad launcher, and a dynamic beam effect. For finishing, the set includes aluminium foil stickers and a water decal sheet.

Priced below RM150.00 (approximately S$43.00), the MG 1/100 RX-78-2 2.0 Ver. (New Colour) will be distributed by Fat Cat Model as part of its upcoming 2026 lineup.
