ResKit is preparing a 1/48 scale cockpit replacement for the Jaguar GR.1 and GR.1A, using 3D printing to address the limitations of injection-moulded parts. The set is being developed specifically for the classic Airfix kit, with the goal of transforming the cockpit into a more detailed and visually accurate focal point.

Designed as a full cockpit replacement, the set makes use of 3D printing to achieve sharper relief and a higher density of surface detail across the cockpit interior. Test printing and fit checks are already underway, with the parts engineered to integrate cleanly into the Airfix fuselage without extensive modification.
