Bandai Candy Toys Mobility Joint Gundam Vol.12 revealed for mid 2026 release

A new wave has been added to Bandai’s long-running articulated candy toy line with the official announcement of Mobility Joint Gundam Vol.12, scheduled for release in June 2026. This instalment continues the series’ focus on compact, poseable mobile suits supported by interchangeable armour and expansion parts, maintaining the established balance between display presence and playability at a palm-sized scale.

This volume features a line-up drawn from both Universal Century and Iron-Blooded Orphans, including Gundam Barbatos in its 1st Form configuration, Gundam NT-1 Alex, Kämpfer, and GM Sniper II. Each standard unit stands at approximately 7 cm in height and is designed around the Mobility Joint internal frame, allowing for a wide range of articulation despite the small form factor. As with previous releases, the selection reflects a mix of protagonist and high-mobility combat units, with an emphasis on distinctive silhouettes and loadouts.

In addition to the main mobile suits, Vol.12 includes dedicated EX Parts sets for each featured unit. These optional packs provide expanded armour, equipment, or enhancement components intended to recreate heavier or more aggressive configurations when combined with the base figures. The EX Parts approach remains consistent with earlier waves, offering modular customisation without increasing the base figure count.

Mobility Joint Gundam Vol.12 is priced at 650 yen per piece, which converts to approximately S$5.90 per unit based on current exchange rates. A full sealed box contains 10 pieces and is priced at 6,500 yen, roughly S$59.00, with contents distributed at random in line with the candy toy format.

The release is currently listed for June 2026 under the Bandai Candy Toys division. Further details on box assortments and EX Parts ratios are expected closer to launch.
