Bandai Spirits Hobby Division has announced the release of the 1/1000 scale Earth Defense Force Hyuga-class combat carrier, DCV-01 Hyuga, from Space Battleship Yamato 2205: The New Voyage (Rebel 3199). Scheduled to arrive on Saturday, September 27, the kit adds a new capital ship to Bandai’s Yamato model line.

The Hyuga-class carrier features a flight deck designed with precision detailing, including a storage cylinder system beneath the deck that allows builders to position their fleet in custom arrangements. The model is also compatible with separate LED units, enabling illuminated displays for added realism.
