Hiya Toys has announced ED-209 from RoboCop (1987) as the latest release in its EXQUISITE SUPER Series. The figure is based directly on the film appearance of the automated enforcement droid.

The model stands approximately 20 centimetres tall and reproduces ED-209’s bipedal walking design, armoured body structure, and compact head silhouette. Layered paint applications are used across the armour to reflect the industrial mechanical finish seen on screen. Articulation points are integrated into the legs, torso, and twin cannon assemblies to support forward-stepping, aiming, and firing poses.

Specifications

The figure measures approximately 20cm in height and is constructed from ABS and PVC materials. Multiple joints allow display configurations inspired by scenes from RoboCop (1987).

Accessories / Features

Included are three fire rockets, one battle-damaged cannon component, and multiple effect parts to simulate weapon discharge and combat sequences. Interchangeable components expand display options.

Release Details

Release is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027. The final retail price is approximately S$284.
