Hiya Toys has announced the EXQUISITE BASIC Series Destoroyah Complete Form action figure, based on the creature’s appearance in the 1995 film Godzilla vs Destoroyah. The release recreates the monster’s final evolved form, presenting the heavily armoured kaiju in articulated figure format with attention given to the distinctive textures and complex biological design seen in the film.

The sculpt focuses on Destoroyah’s horned head structure, layered carapace armour and elongated limbs. Surface detailing highlights the creature’s crustacean-like body structure, with sculpted ridges and organic plating across the torso, arms and tail. Paint applications use layered shading to emphasise the depth of the sculpt while replicating the darker tones and bone-like highlights associated with the character’s film appearance.

The figure features multiple points of articulation, including a movable jaw, articulated fingers and double-jointed knees designed to support crouching poses. The figure includes large wings constructed from soft PVC material with internal metal wire support, allowing the wings to be bent and shaped for different poses.
