Bandai has announced the HG 1/144 Zaku (GQ), a redesign of the Zeon mass-production mobile suit featured in Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX. The kit is scheduled for release in November 2025 at a retail price of 2,420 yen (approximately S$22).

The Zaku (GQ) is built around a revised frame with reconfigured proportions for the new series. Within the setting, it is manufactured by Zeonic as a standardised combat unit for both ground and space deployment. The High Grade version adopts the current engineering format, with joint structures that support full mobility and modular weapon use.

Included equipment consists of the Zaku Machine Gun, Heat Hawk, and Cracker Grenades. The model’s components are moulded in green with colour separation applied for accurate presentation after assembly.

An HG 1/144 Char’s Zaku variant is also planned for December 2025, extending the GQuuuuuuX product line with a commander-type configuration.
