Reborns Gundam Returns in Alloy-Enhanced MG Format
A new garage kit interpretation of the Reborns Gundam enters the 1/100 scale arena as Li Feng Zi Studio announces its MG 1/100 Reborns Gundam model kit, based on the Latter Studio GK design. The project adapts the distinctive dual-mode mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam 00 into a high-part-count kit incorporating metal structural elements and enhanced articulation systems.
Standing approximately 23cm tall upon completion, the kit features pre-assembled alloy joint components designed to improve structural stability and load-bearing capacity. The internal framework combines alloy, POK and ABS materials to support its multi-stage transformation structure and dual-mode switching capability. With over 650 parts distributed across more than 30 runners, the build focuses on mechanical density and layered detailing consistent with garage kit-inspired redesigns.
Articulation is engineered with obstacle-avoidance mechanisms to maintain pose flexibility despite armour bulk. The kit includes an expanded weapons loadout and integrates multiple magnetically controlled lighting features. First-batch releases are slated to include limited effect parts as a bonus. Promotional images currently reference the Latter Studio GK design prototype, with manufacturer production photos expected to be announced at a later stage.
