Sharing Rations in Resin as Thunder Model reissues its British crew figures

Thunder Model has announced the separate release of its British crew figures, previously bundled as a bonus with the 1/35 M1A1 Wrecker kit. Following consistent requests from builders, the set—catalogued under TMF35008—will now be available as an independent product. Designed in collaboration with Djiti’s Production, the release brings back a small but notable scene of wartime interaction rendered in resin.

The figures depict two British soldiers seated together, sharing food from a mess tin. One offers a meal while the other, holding a cane, accepts with a grin. The sculpt captures a brief moment of human exchange, illustrating the lighter side of service life away from combat. This interactive composition makes the set suitable for dioramas depicting rest, recovery, or roadside maintenance during the war.

Each figure is produced in 1/35 scale using Thunder Model’s resin casting, with the sculpt and pose work completed by Djiti’s Production. The set retains the detailing and proportions seen in its original M1A1 Wrecker release.

The TMF35008 British Crew Figures will be distributed as a standalone item under Thunder Model’s figure range, following high demand from modellers seeking to recreate the scene without purchasing the full vehicle kit.
