threezero unveils VOTOMS Scopedog ROBO-DOU Heavy Weathering Ver.

threezero has announced a new addition to its ROBO-DOU line with the Scopedog Heavy Weathering Version from the classic anime Armored Trooper VOTOMS. Released as part of the company’s 25th Anniversary Exclusive Series, this special edition is limited to 900 pieces worldwide.

Unlike the standard version, this release features extensive battlefield weathering, capturing the worn and corroded look of a Scopedog exposed to Uoodo City’s acid rains. Japanese modeller NAOKI supervised the paintwork, ensuring each detail conveys the sense of a machine scarred by long campaigns.

Standing at approximately 14.6 cm tall, the figure is built on a die-cast zinc alloy skeleton offering around 76 points of articulation. Functional details include opening hatches, a rotating turret lens, extendable Arm Punch systems in both arms, crouching transformation, roller dash wheels, and detachable magazines that can be mounted on the heavy machine gun or armour.

Accessories include a non-articulated Chirico Cuvie pilot figure, a GAT-22 heavy machine gun, three detachable magazines, an effect part for the Arm Punch mechanism, and three pairs of interchangeable hands.

The Scopedog Heavy Weathering Ver. is priced at 159.90 USD (1,250 HKD) and is expected to ship in the third quarter of 2025. Distribution will be limited to select global partners, with availability excluded in restricted regions.
