Natasha Romanoff returns to her Avengers: Age of Ultron appearance with a new level of detail in Hot Toys’ latest 1/6 scale Black Widow figure. The Hot Toys Exclusive Artisan Edition recreates the red-haired spy in her upgraded tactical suit, complete with implanted wool hair and illuminated blue detailing.
Based on Scarlett Johansson’s portrayal of Black Widow in Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Age of Ultron, the figure stands approximately 28cm tall and features 28 points of articulation. The head sculpt includes separate rolling eyeballs, detailed skin texture and a facial expression designed to capture Natasha’s appearance in the film.
The Artisan Edition distinguishes itself with a meticulously implanted red mid-length wavy bob hairstyle made from premium wool material. The hair is individually styled to recreate Black Widow’s distinctive look from the film.
Specifications
The figure comes with eight interchangeable gloved hands, including fists, relaxed hands, gun-holding hands and baton-holding hands. Its upgraded tactical suit features blue LED light-up stripes running along both sides and the arms, powered through a USB-C connection. The outfit is completed with red Black Widow’s Bite gauntlets, a black tactical belt bearing the Black Widow emblem, a thigh strap with pistol holster, knee pads and black soft vinyl platform long boots.
Accessories or Features
Black Widow is equipped with a pair of electroshock batons presented in both extended and retracted states, along with a compact tactical dagger that can be attached to the utility belt. A pistol and rifle are also included, while transparent blue electroshock effects can be attached to the gauntlets.
A specially designed magnetic display base featuring the Avengers logo and Black Widow nameplate is included with the figure. The release is limited to 3,000 units in selected markets.
Release Details
The Black Widow (Artisan Edition) carries product code MMS925AE and is scheduled for release between Q3 and Q4 2027. The prototype shown remains subject to licensor approval, while product specifications may change without notice. The USB connecting cable is not included, with a USB-C cable required for the suit’s light-up function.
