Border Model’s Chroma series continues to expand with the BG-002, a full-interior 1:35 scale rendition of the P-51D Mustang arriving in prepainted sprues.
Features
The kit reproduces the North American P-51D Mustang with a complete cockpit and full interior detailing, a feature Border Model has carried through its Chroma line to reduce the amount of post-assembly painting required. Photo-etched parts and decals are included, along with transparent components for the canopy and other clear sections of the airframe. Builders are given two camouflage scheme options to choose from, and two types of drop tanks are included to allow for variation in the completed model’s loadout. The prepainted sprues span a range of components, including engine and undercarriage details, wing and fuselage sections, and smaller structural parts moulded in grey, tan, and other scheme-appropriate colours.
