A new 1/6th scale collectible figure of Kamen Rider Kuuga (TMS191 & TMS191B) has been revealed by Hot Toys, honouring the Heisei-era Rider who first appeared in the year 2000.
Features
The figure features a newly developed helmeted head fitted with a red LED light-up function on the eyes. The costume is built around a multi-layered screen-printed elastic fabric undersuit, over which the character’s red-and-gold armour is applied, detailed throughout with Rinto Hieroglyphics markings. Interchangeable armour parts allow the figure to be displayed in either Mighty Form or Rising Mighty Form, with torso, shoulder, forearm and hand armour pieces swappable between configurations, and a Mighty Anklet attachable to the right greave for the Rising Mighty transformation. A wide selection of interchangeable hands is included, among them the character’s signature thumbs-up gesture. The Arcle Henshin Belt features a magnetic-activated LED light-up Amadam, complemented by an attachable Rising Arcle Armor for the Rising Mighty configuration.
Accessories include a translucent gold Empowered Mighty Kick effect and a Rising Mighty Kick electric arc effect, both attachable to the leg to recreate the character’s finishing moves. A Special Edition, available in selected markets, adds an Ancient Petrified Version of the Arcle Henshin Belt as a bonus accessory.
Specifications
The figure stands at approximately 31cm tall and features 30 points of articulation. A button cell battery is included for the helmet’s light-up function, while a USB-C cable, not included, is required to power the belt’s light-up feature.
Availability
The Kamen Rider Kuuga 1/6th scale collectible figure (TMS191 & TMS191B) is expected to be released between the third and fourth quarters of 2027. Pricing has yet to be confirmed.
