Among the many camouflage suits found throughout Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is one bearing artwork from horror manga artist Junji Ito, earned by completing Order No. 034. The suit carries an anti-BT effect that helps Sam evade gazers and watchers, and Sideshow and Hot Toys have now brought the design to life with the Sam (Junji Ito Suit) Sixth Scale Collectible Figure, limited to 2,000 pieces across selected markets.
Features
The figure is based on Norman Reedus’s likeness as Sam Porter Bridges. The head sculpt features separate rolling eyeballs alongside a sculpted dark brown mid-length hairstyle. Nine interchangeable gloved hands are included, covering fists, relaxed and opened positions, a cargo-holding hand, a gun-holding hand and a thumbs-up gesture, with all right hands fitted with a Ring Terminal.
Sam wears the white Junji Ito suit, printed with the artist’s illustrations across the body and back armour, with a UV-reactive finish applied to the Drawbridge slogans. The outfit is rounded out with a black full-body utility harness, a BB Pod rack, cargo racks across the shoulders and thighs, a Silver Battle Skeleton Lv3, and a pair of Transporter Boots.
Equipment includes an articulated Odradek, a Stealth Black BB Pod with charm, and a Dollman finished in Wolf Grey and Bright Yellow that attaches to either the utility pouch or Sam’s fists. Weapons comprise a Machine Pistol, an LW Assault Rifle Lv2, a folded Blood Boomerang and a Strand, alongside tactical attachments including a Chiral Crystal Holder, a spare ammo container, grenade pouches, a pistol holster, a canteen and a utility pouch. A figure stand featuring Junji Ito’s illustration, the game’s logo and a character nameplate completes the set.

The figure stands at approximately 31cm tall with over 30 points of articulation. It is part of Hot Toys’ Video Game Masterpiece Series, limited to 2,000 units, with purchases capped at one figure per person.
