LEGO’s Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series has produced its longest brick-built model yet with the unveiling of the 75457 UCS Executor Super Star Destroyer. The set reconstructs Darth Vader’s flagship vessel from the Original Trilogy and serves as a successor to the 2011 10221 Super Star Destroyer, arriving with nearly double the piece count and a considerably larger footprint.

The model comprises 6,130 pieces and measures over 136 cm in length, 50 cm in width and 20 cm in height, with a completed weight exceeding 5 kg. This surpasses the 2011 predecessor by roughly 10 cm in length, positioning it as the longest LEGO Star Wars model produced to date. To support the scale of the build, the design incorporates a LEGO System core reinforced with Technic outriggers, a structural approach intended to anchor the exterior panelling while managing overall weight.
The set includes seven minifigures drawn from the bounty hunter lineup introduced in The Empire Strikes Back: Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Dengar, Bossk, IG-88, 4-LOM and Zuckuss. IG-88 is built with a newly designed head mould for this release. Accompanying the minifigures is a minifigure-scale diorama of the Executor’s bridge, recreating the setting in which these characters convene.

The 75457 UCS Executor Super Star Destroyer is set for release on 1 October 2026, priced at approximately SGD$1,070. Sets purchased between 1 and 10 October will come bundled with 40897 Darth Vader’s Lightsaber, a gift-with-purchase item, while stocks last.
