From behind the cover of a weathered wooden shield, a lone bowman steadies his aim in the latest 120mm release to reach collectors. Mitches Military Models has unveiled the Crossbowmen kit, designed by Nello and printed by Tommi Worton, bringing a moment of medieval siege warfare to the workbench.

The figure is captured in a low, braced stance, leaning into the weight of a heavy pavise shield propped against the ground for cover. His crossbow is rendered mid-reload, with fine detailing carried through the mechanism, the drawstring, and the leather straps and pouches slung across his body. Layered garments, from a mail-lined tunic to a belted surcoat, are sculpted with textured folds and stitching that add depth to the pose.
Three alternate head options are included in the kit, allowing builders to vary the figure’s expression and character across multiple builds or when displayed alongside other pieces in the range.
