With kinetic energy crackling and a full deck in hand, Hot Toys has unveiled a standard and Deluxe Version of its 1/6th scale Gambit collectible figure from Avengers: Doomsday.
Features
Both figures, numbered MMS910 & MMS910B for the standard release and MMS911 & MMS911B for the Deluxe Version, share a newly crafted head sculpt with separate rolling eyeballs, finished with a UV luminous reflective effect to capture the character’s kinetic glow. The costume is likewise shared across both versions, comprising a leather-like microfibre trench coat with embedded bendable wire, a weathered dark purple chest armour detailed with silver line patterns, black trousers with purple stripes, and weathered silver knee-high armoured boots. Both come armed with a regular Bō Staff and a translucent kinetic-energy-state Bō Staff, alongside an extensive set of translucent purple kinetic energy effects, including attachable swipe effects, trailing and curved playing card effects, and interchangeable fingers with elevated cards for the opened left hand. Ten interchangeable hands, sixth-scale playing cards and life-size playing cards are included with each version.
Differences between the two versions
- The Deluxe Version includes a battle-damaged Sentinel-themed diorama base with explosion effects and an LED light-up function, in place of the standard figure stand featuring the Avengers: Doomsday logo and character nameplate
- Release timing differs: the standard version is expected between Q4 2026 and Q1 2027, while the Deluxe Version follows between Q2 and Q3 2027
