From the branches of a great camphor tree to the open night sky, Seven Studio’s “Riding the Wind” traces the path of My Neighbour Totoro’s Catbus in diorama form.
Features
The piece is built as a full scenic display, bringing together the Catbus, three Totoros in varying sizes, Satsuki and Mei, and a house set upon a display base. The set is constructed from PU and resin, with LED lighting integrated into several elements of the composition, including the Catbus interior, the Totoros’ eyes, and the house itself.
Specifications
The completed display measures approximately 34.5cm in width, 29.7cm in depth, and 48.3cm in height. Weight details have yet to be finalised by the studio and remain listed as to be announced.
Availability
“Riding the Wind” is being produced as a limited run of 88 pieces worldwide. Seven Studio has set a release window of the first quarter of 2027 for the piece. The set carries a price of S$485.00.
