Avengers: Doomsday brings Steve Rogers back, and the 1/6th scale figure adds a lightning-wrapped Mjølnir to the mix. Hot Toys has announced the Steve Rogers Collectible Figure, based on the appearance of Chris Evans in the upcoming film, under product codes MMS928 and MMS928B. The figure stands approximately 31 cm tall.
Features
The figure uses a newly developed head sculpt based on Chris Evans’ appearance as Steve Rogers. It has separate rolling eyeballs, textured skin, a detailed beard and sculpted mid-length brown hair brushed back from the forehead. The muscular body has 30 points of articulation.
Four interchangeable silicone arms are included. One pair is fully seamless and pre-posed, with a closed fist on one side and a Mjølnir-holding gesture on the other, while the second pair is designed to work with the interchangeable hands. Eight hands are supplied in total, in fist, relaxed, slightly opened and Mjølnir-holding gestures. Every left hand carries a wedding ring.
Steve Rogers wears a charcoal brown jacket over a black T-shirt, paired with olive brown pants, a black belt with a silver coloured buckle and black shoes.
The main accessory is Thor’s cracked Mjølnir, which has an LED light-up function that produces blue light. A translucent blue lightning effect piece can be attached to the hammer for display. The figure also comes with a stand carrying the Avengers: Doomsday logo and a character nameplate.
A Special Edition adds a commemorative life-size metal ring as an exclusive bonus item.
